Laurence Itie

Laurence Itie has over 20 years of experience in tax management. Laurence is currently the Director of Global Tax at BeiGene since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Tax Director- International Taxes at Bruker BioSpin from April 2016 to September 2019. Laurence also served as the Senior Tax Manager Europe at Mondelēz International from May 2011 to March 2016 and as the M&A Tax Director at ALSTOM from October 2010 to May 2011. Laurence has also worked as the Tax Manager at RIO TINTO from April 2005 to September 2010, Head of the Tax Department at SOFFAL from January 2003 to March 2005, and Tax Manager at ARTHUR ANDERSEN from January 1999 to December 2002.

Laurence Itie's education history includes a one-year LLM program in Bancaire, des affaires, de la finance et des valeurs mobilières at the University of Hamburg in 1996. They also pursued a four-year DESS program in Fiscalité internationale from 1985 to 1989 at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 1997, they attended the Justizprüfungsamt Berlin, where they obtained a degree as RECHTSANWÄLTIN. Additionally, Laurence Itie completed a degree as AVOCATE at the Ecole de Formation des avocats Paris in 1992.
