Marlene Gyldmark

Marlene Gyldmark is an accomplished professional in health economics and market access, currently serving as the EU HTA lead at BeiGene since November 2024, where responsibilities include organizational preparedness and strategy development. With extensive teaching experience as an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen since 2012, Marlene also coordinates executive training in Market Access and digital health care. Previously, Marlene held leadership roles in HEOR and access evidence at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals and Viatris, as well as at Roche, where Marlene was globally recognized for contributions to outcomes research and health policy, with a focus on digital health solutions. Marlene began their career at Pfizer and Novo Nordisk, and has a strong academic foundation with advanced degrees in economics and health economics.
