Mike Taibl

Mike Taibl has extensive work experience in the medical device manufacturing industry. Mike currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain at Sampled starting from 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Getinge for more than 20 years in various roles, including Director of Operations and Manager/Supervisor of Manufacturing Engineering. Mike also worked at B. Braun Medical as a Senior Product Development Engineer and at Adam Spence Corporation as Manufacturing Engineer. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and operations management. Mike has successfully managed projects, optimized manufacturing processes, and achieved cost reduction goals.

Mike Taibl holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Mike also obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Mike Taibl has additional certifications in various areas, including supply chain management, change management, lean six sigma, interview skills, leadership, and time management.
