Youyou Shi

Youyou Shi serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law since March 2023. As a Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm since March 2021, Youyou Shi specializes in cross-border transactions, investment, IPOs, M&A, and international dispute resolution. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel in a law firm, General Legal Counsel for Pre-IPO Education Group Companies, and Legal Counsel for an Environmental Protection Group, where successful Hong Kong IPOs and various mergers and acquisitions were achieved. Early career positions include consultancy at Macfarlanes, legal assistant roles at Northwestern University School of Law, and initiatives in cross-border transactions at Freeborn & Peters LLP. A Master of Laws in Business Law was obtained from Northwestern University, complemented by an initial law degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
