Vivek Jose

Vivek Jose is a seasoned product and UX/UI design professional currently serving as Product & Chief of UX UI Design at SymTrain since April 2023, focusing on enhancing product experience and UX strategy for contact centers. Previously, Vivek worked at being as Product and Design, where responsibilities included end-to-end visual and interaction design in a dynamic startup setting. Vivek's earlier role as Senior UX UI Designer at Lollypop Design Studio involved improving the content viewing experience for Voot users across various platforms. Additionally, Vivek has a background as a UX UI Designer at RapidValue, contributing to diverse projects in sectors such as Virtual Education and Banking, and started as a Junior UI/UX Designer. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2017.
