Agata Leśniak

Agata Leśniak has a diverse background in HR and people management. Agata currently works as a People Manager at Dodonut since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of HR and People Operations at Bejamas from 2020. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Employer Branding & People Specialist at LiveChat - customer service software, where they were responsible for various HR activities and event management. Before that, they worked as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at Callstack from 2017 to 2018, where they were involved in hiring strategies, evaluation meetings, and event management. Agata also has experience in recruitment and administration as a HR and Recruitment Specialist at Gamedia in 2016 and as a Recruitment and Administration Specialist at Kopexmed Medical Clinic from 2016 to 2017.

Agata Leśniak completed a Bachelor of Public Administration degree in Public Administration at the University of Wroclaw from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Law at the University of Wrocław from 2014 to 2018.
