Tomek Osowski

Tomasz Osowski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tomasz co-founded WaysConf in 2018, where they served as a Cofounder & Organizer, focusing on UX & UI in designing experiences and interfaces with an emphasis on new technologies. In 2022, they co-founded Statsy. Before that, they worked as a Sustainable Designer & Co-founder at Dodonut, and as the Head of Design at Bejamas. Tomasz also has experience as a Freelance UX & UI Designer and UX Consultant since 2017. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Project: People, including Vice President & Head of Design and Lead UX Designer. Tomasz was also a Member of the Management Board at Project:Values from 2019 to 2021. In addition, Tomasz co-founded Wooden.life in 2017 and was involved in graphic design and mentoring at Niezależne Zrzeszenie Studentów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie from 2014 to 2018. Tomasz gained valuable experience as Vice President and Director of Promotion at Juwenalia UEK.

Tomasz Osowski earned a Bachelor's degree in Rachunkowość i controlling from Krakow University of Economics in 2017. Tomasz further pursued higher education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Rachunkowość i controlling in 2020. Tomasz also obtained various certifications including Analityka Produktowa in 2023 from WitFlow, Zero BS Projects (Project Management) in 2019 from Zero Bullshit Management, Moderator Design Thinking in 2019 from Design Thinking_Institute, Trening interpersonalny in 2017 from BCB Szkolenia Coaching, Szkoła Trenerów Biznesu i Rozwoju Osobistego in 2017 from BCB Szkolenia Coaching, and Intensywne wprowadzenie do NLP in 2014 from Polska Akademia NLP.
