Lynn Maher

Lynn Maher serves as a Carrot Breeder and Pathologist at Bejo Seeds Inc since January 2018. Prior to this role, Lynn was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from January 2013 to December 2017, focusing on breeding for geosmin in table beet and managing various components of the breeding program. Lynn also has experience as an Ambassador for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, promoting patent and licensing knowledge in academia. Earlier positions include Outdoor Educator and Guide at Camp Widjiwagan and a Trail Guide at Wintergreen Dogsled Lodge. Lynn holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Plant Genetics and a B.S. in Agronomy and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
