Pefa Aryanto

Pefa Aryanto is an experienced human resources and general affairs professional with a strong background in managing HR functions and office administration. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR & GA at BekaertDeslee since September 2019, Pefa previously held a role at B.Braun Pharmaceutical Indonesia as HRGA from November 2016 to August 2019, overseeing various HR-related tasks such as recruitment and performance management. Prior experience includes a managerial position at PT. Holistic Bio Medicine from February 2010 to October 2016, where Pefa managed office administration and workforce planning, as well as a role as Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Pefa holds a Magister Manajemen in Human Resource Management from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi IPWI Jakarta and a Sarjana Sosial in Business Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran.
