Shannon Kluth

Shannon Kluth has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Shannon currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Beken Holdings, where they oversee company risk and assessment as well as the full employee lifecycle and operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Residential Services at Overture Colorado and as the Director of CORE services at the Center for People With Disabilities. Shannon also has experience working at Imagine!, where they held multiple roles including Director of Service Operations and EI Provider Program Manager. Additionally, they worked at Chuze Fitness as a Zumba Fitness instructor. Shannon Kluth obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2009 to 2011.
