John Leger

John Leger has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. John is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at BEKO Technologies, Corp. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Rheem Manufacturing, where they improved organizational structure and workflows while actively mentoring team members. Prior to that, they were an Equipment Engineering Supervisor at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc., where they implemented lean and innovative principles in equipment development. John also worked as a Design Engineer III at Dril-Quip, where they led projects and implemented lean philosophy. John'searlier experience includes working as a Product Engineer at NOV Grant Prideco, where they focused on the drill string and landing string applications. Overall, John has a strong background in implementing process improvements and leading engineering projects.

John Leger completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA from the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, with an expected completion date between 2023 and 2025.
