Sinem İşbilen

Sinem İşbilen has a diverse work experience in the fields of internal audit, fraud analysis, compliance, and research operations. Sinem is currently working at Beko Global as the Head of Internal Audit since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Internal Audit Manager and Senior Internal Auditor from 2021 to 2022. Sinem started their career at Beko Global as a Senior Fraud Analyst in June 2019 and worked until December 2020. Before that, Sinem worked at BSH Home Appliances Group from 2011 to 2019, where they held various roles including Compliance & Fraud Specialist in the After Sales Department and Specialist for Research Operation in the After Sales Department.

Sinem İşbilen earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics Science from Dokuz Eylul University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Sinem later pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Bahcesehir University, completing their studies from 2021 to 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Sinem obtained certifications in "Criminal Law Practices in Compliance Violations & White Collar Crimes" and "Fraud Investigation Working Group" from Etik ve Itibar Dernegi (TEİD) in March 2018. Additionally, they received a certification in "Fraud Investigation Methods" from Deloitte in May 2015.
