Clayton Carr has extensive executive experience in the healthcare and social services industry. Clayton currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bel Aire Recovery Center, having joined the company in 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple executive director roles at Sequel Youth and Family Services, from 2015 to 2022. Clayton was also the Executive Director at Valley Hope from 2017 to 2019. Before joining the private sector, Carr was the Executive Director at the 16th Judicial District Juvenile Services for 15 years, starting in 2000.
Clayton Carr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science from Emporia State University in 1991. Clayton then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from the same university, which they completed in 1993.
