Anne-Laure's career path includes significant roles at Materne North America, FULLBEAUTY Brands, and various positions within the PPR Group, showcasing a robust background in HR administration, organizational design, and the implementation of innovative HR policies. Anne-Laure holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Human Resources Management from Burgundy School of Business and an Associate Degree in Economy & Management from Université de Tours.
