Rolf Baldauf

Rolf Baldauf has a extensive work experience in the power industry, with a focus on project management, value engineering, and engineering roles. Rolf began their career at Power-One in 2002 as a Director of Engineering, overseeing engineering operations until 2005 when they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering. In 2010, they served as the R&D Vice President for Asia. Rolf then joined Power-One - A Member of the ABB Group in 2012 as the Vice President of Project Management and Value Engineering. In 2014, they moved to Bel Power Solutions GmbH, initially taking on the role of Vice President of Project Management and Value Engineering and Safety. Later in 2022, they transitioned to the position of Vice President of Quality and Product Compliance. Throughout their career, Rolf has demonstrated expertise in various leadership roles within the power industry.

Rolf Baldauf completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Höhere Technische Lehranstalt Zürich, from 1989 to 1994. Rolf then pursued an Executive Master degree in Project Management from PHW Zürich, from 2001 to 2002.
