Emily Tolzmann

Emily Tolzmann is an experienced professional in talent development, internal communications, and inclusion, currently serving as the Mission-Led Experience & Internal Communications Manager at Bel since April 2020. Previously, Emily held multiple roles at the Chinese Mutual Aid Association from February 2016 to April 2020, including Assistant Manager of Education & Employment and Transition Specialist. Also noteworthy is Emily's background in curriculum development and training at Literacy Works and Northeastern Illinois University. Emily's early career included teaching English as a Second Language at Albany Park Community Center, where skills in assessing individual learning styles were utilized. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a BA in Art from Northeastern Illinois University.
