Shane Powell, MBA has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Shane is currently the Vice President of Sales, Grocery Channel at Bel, where they lead four sales teams covering 40% of the U.S. business. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales - Club Channel at Bel, strategically managing key customers that represented 25% of the total U.S. business. Before joining Bel, Shane worked at Fellowes Brands, where they held various roles, including Director of Sales - Retail, Club, E-commerce & New Business Development, and National Sales Manager. In these positions, they oversaw major retailers and e-retailers across the U.S., managing a $60M customer base and leading a team of 15 with three direct reports. Earlier in their career, Shane worked at Newell Rubbermaid as a Key Account Manager and Account Manager, driving significant sales growth and developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Shane Powell, MBA, completed the Executive Program for a Master of Business Administration degree at Loyola University Chicago from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they attended the University of Iowa, focusing on Communication and Media Studies. Shane completed their high school education at St. Charles High School from 1995 to 1999.
