Lori Friedman

Lori Friedman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BELAY since October 2018, Lori develops and implements HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and corporate culture. Lori has been with BELAY since 2013, holding various roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Prior to BELAY, Lori worked as a Relationship Manager and gained foundational experience at O’HARE & COMPANY as a Recruiting Assistant and Gallup as an Executive Director and Director of Marketing. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA in Management & Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
