Fernando Ruiz

Fernando Ruiz has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Belden Inc. since April 1993, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for a manufacturing site in Mexico with over 500 employees, managing change, and ensuring alignment of HR policies with corporate standards. Prior to this, Fernando held the role of Administration Manager at Thermax Wire and Cable from April 1993 to November 2006, overseeing various operational aspects including HR, training, and customs. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant Assistant at Mascareñas Accounting Firm. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Nogales, earned between 1991 and 1996.
