Guilherme Hoppe

Guilherme Hoppe has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Guilherme started their career at Parker Hannifin in 2009, where they worked in various roles including Division Lean Manager and Division Supply Chain Manager. In 2018, they became the Business Unit Operations Manager before joining Belden Inc. in 2019. At Belden, Guilherme initially served as a Plant Manager and later elevated to the position of Director Operations INS EMEA. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Vice President Operations IAS EMEA.

Guilherme Hoppe's education history includes receiving a Bsc in Engineering from Unisinos in 2003. Guilherme completed a Post Graduation in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2005. In 2003, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from Werkema - Consultoria. In 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2023, Guilherme completed a Strategy Execution program from Harvard Business School Online.
