Sergio Podda has significant work experience in sales and leadership roles in the technology industry. Sergio started their career at Anixter in 1996, where they worked in sales for a year. In 1997, they then joined TE Connectivity as a Sales Engineer, where they remained until 2005. During their time at TE Connectivity, Podda gained valuable experience in sales engineering. In 2005, they joined Belden Inc. and held the position of Director of Sales Central Canada until 2023. From there, they transitioned to the role of Director, Smart Building Solutions - Ontario, Western Canada & Strategic Accounts at Belden Inc.

Sergio's earlier education includes studying Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Niagara College from 1991 to 1994.
