Currently serving as Gerente de SMS at Belem Bioenergia Brasil S/A since January 2020, Heisner has previously held key roles at UEM - Universidade Estadual de Maringá and Agropalma, where responsibilities included logistical assessment of bioactive materials, management of health, safety, and environmental policies, and extensive engagement with regulatory bodies and communities.
