Luke Edwards

Luke Edwards currently serves as Operations Director at The Belfield Group, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Adare SEC from October 2018 to July 2023, where Luke held titles of Head of Operations and Operations Manager. Luke also worked at Lion FPG - Total Print Solutions from 2001 to October 2018, progressing through several positions including Group Quality and Production Manager, where key achievements included the implementation of ISO accreditations such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and FSC. Throughout the career, emphasis has been placed on monitoring and improving cost control, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and waste management.
