Anita Fermon

Anita Fermon has been with Belfius since 2005, currently serving as the Head of Sales Public & Social Banking. Previous roles at Belfius include leadership positions in sales, service models, HR, qualifications, and as the head of Learning@Belfius, focusing on optimizing technical and commercial training for bank staff. At Belfius Academy, Anita is responsible for facilitating communication and training in management, leadership, and interactive skills through a dedicated team. Prior to joining Belfius, Anita spent nearly eight years at Dexia in various project and channel management roles. Anita holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University and has pursued further education in Italian studies, business process management, and coaching techniques.
