Elien Praet

Elien Praet is an experienced professional in the field of finance, currently working in Equity Capital Markets within Corporate Finance and M&A at Belfius since June 2021. Prior to this role, Elien served as a Corporate Finance Intern in the Financial Advisory Department specializing in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Belgium for a brief period in early 2021. Elien also gained experience as a Student Accounting Assistant at Aquila Accountants from 2018 to 2020 and was a Committee Member at Ekonomika vzw from 2015 to 2018. Elien holds an Advanced Master in Financial Markets from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Business Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Economics, both from KU Leuven.
