Abigail Baker has an extensive work history in marketing and sales. Abigail started their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Finelight and then moved on to work as a Marketing Manager at Steak n Shake from 2002 to 2007. During their time at Steak n Shake, they executed targeted mail campaigns and led a project to implement coupon scanning technology to track redemption by zip code for improved ROI. Following that, Abigail worked as an Account Manager/Sales Executive at Valassis Communications from 2007 to 2009, where they managed targeted marketing campaigns for HH Gregg resulting in increased ROIs. Abigail then joined Tractor Supply Company in 2009, starting as a Manager II for Merchandise Marketing and later transitioning to Manager II for Customer Marketing. At Tractor Supply Company, they developed and executed customer marketing strategies through email and direct mail channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deliver relevant and timely merchandise content. Currently, Abigail holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Marketing at BELFOR Franchise Group, starting in 2016. In this role, they oversee the analysis of marketing data and develops annual marketing plans to drive incremental business growth and positive return on investment. Abigail presents marketing plans and performance updates to executive and franchise leadership and collaborates to lay out future activities and investments.
