Aleksandra Jovanovic

Aleksandra Jovanovic is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, development, and human resources management. Currently serving as Head of HR at Belgrade Waterfront since October 2016, Aleksandra has previously held titles such as Head of TA & Development and TA Manager at SBB Serbia BroadBand from July 2013 to October 2016. Additional experience includes roles as HR Coordinator at Jasmin Parfimerije, Trainer at Horizont Internacional, and various recruiting positions in the media industry. Aleksandra holds a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, which was completed between 2000 and 2007.
