Leïla Reignier

Leïla Reignier has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Leïla is currently working at Believe as the HR Operations Director since 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of HR Processes and Tools at Believe from 2022 to 2023. Prior to joining Believe, Leïla worked at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners as a Manager HR/SIRH from 2019 to 2021 and as a Senior HR & SIRH Consultant from 2017 to 2019. Leïla also has experience as a SIRH Consultant at mc2i Groupe from 2014 to 2016. Their early career includes a role as Chargée des Stages, de l'apprentissage et des Relations Ecoles at Bull from 2013 to 2014.

From 2009 to 2014, Leïla Reignier attended TELECOM Ecole de Management, where they earned a degree in Ingénierie des affaires internationales with a focus on Gestion de projet SI. In 2013, they also completed a short-term exchange program at Ateneo de Manila University, studying in the Department of Marketing, Management, Leadership, et Stratégie.
