Douwe Sjoerd Sijbrandij

Douwe Sjoerd Sijbrandij is an experienced consultant with a strong background in development and coaching. Currently serving as a Consultant Development at BeljonWesterterp B.V. since January 2022, Douwe specializes in conducting assessments for higher management roles, providing individual coaching, and supporting outplacement processes during reorganizations.
