Susan Odonnell

Susan ODonnell is a seasoned board member with current roles at ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. and Belknap House. With a robust background in executive compensation and governance, Susan served as a partner at Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC from June 2013 to May 2023. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Pearl Meyer & Partners and Hewitt Associates, as well as consulting at Towers Perrin. Susan ODonnell holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Babson College and a BA in Psychology and Biology from Mount Holyoke College.
