Scot Johansen

Scot Johansen is a seasoned mortgage loan officer with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer at Bell Bank since May 2023, Scot previously held the same title at Fidelity Bank Mortgage from August 2019 to August 2023, where a comprehensive range of mortgage products was offered across all 50 states. Prior experience includes a role at First Federal Bank from January 2009 to July 2019, also providing mortgage lending services nationwide and maintaining a preferred provider status with Churchill Mortgage and Dave Ramsey.
