Jennifer Grinder has extensive experience in the credit union industry, having held various leadership positions over the years. Jennifer is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ripco Credit Union, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Resource One Credit Union, where they served as the Chief Retail Officer, Chief Experience Officer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales and Service, and Business Development Officer between 2009 and 2022. Before joining the credit union industry, Jennifer owned and served as CEO of Grinder Enterprises, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Jennifer also worked as a Business Manager at Cloverdale Express, Inc. from 2001 to 2004 and as a Telesales Quality Manager at Excel Communications, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. At Excel Communications, they were responsible for developing and executing a training program for the outbound sales team and monitoring the quality of both internal and outsourced employees.
Jennifer Grinder earned a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Tarleton State University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree and a Marketing Certificate from Tarrant County College from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they completed coursework in Business Management at Dallas College.
