Jeff Kurys

Jeff Kurys is an experienced professional in artificial intelligence and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Bell since November 2006. In this role, Jeff leads teams focused on Speech data science, Virtual Agents, and machine learning engineering while establishing strategies that bridge actionable business insights across customer operations. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director of Business Intelligence, where notable achievements included setting up an analytics center of excellence and overseeing significant projects in mobile business intelligence. Earlier roles included Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, Manager of Revenue Planning, and various positions in finance and audit. Jeff's educational background includes a degree from Ryerson University.
