Rod Hynes

Rod Hynes is an accomplished professional in the field of information security and telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of Information Security - Strategy & Risk Management at Bell since February 2000. In this role, Rod Hynes oversees the development of strategies and roadmaps to mitigate risks associated with information assets, focusing on both current and emerging threats. Previously, Rod Hynes held several key positions within Bell, including Director of IT Delivery, Network & Security, and Associate Director of Telecom Planning, demonstrating expertise in network security, IT delivery, and telecom strategy. Rod Hynes also contributes as a member of the Executive Cyber Exchange since June 2019. Rod Hynes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from York University between 1997 and 2001.
