John Herweg

John Herweg has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Manager of Technical Training at Bell Flight since April 2006. Over the years, John has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Quality at the Advanced Composite Center and Manager of Global Technical Training. John has also contributed to employee programs as an Employee Programs Specialist and has experience in quality culture as the Quality Culture Lead and Global FOD Manager. Prior to Bell Flight, John served as Associate Pastor at Anchor of Hope Church and Senior Pastor at Royal Oaks Church. Earlier career experience includes roles at Bell Flight as an assembler and as an Aviation Structural Mechanic in the US Navy. John holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and Pastoral Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
