Chris Sayers

Chris Sayers has a diverse work experience in property and assets management. In 1989, they started their career as a Building Surveyor at Northampton Borough Council, where they worked until 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Regional Building Surveyor at Morrisons. In 2002, they joined Travis Perkins plc as the Head of FM, responsible for implementing a best-in-class FM and building surveying service across various sites. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Director at FCS-live Ltd for a short period. From 2016 to 2022, they held the position of Property and Safety Manager EMEA at Airwair International Ltd - Dr Martens, overseeing various responsibilities in FM, construction, real estate, safety, and environment. Currently, they are working as the Director of Property & Assets at Bell since April 2023.
