Carmen Dissing

Carmen Dissing joined the POA staff in 2007 and is originally from Kansas and moved to Northwest Arkansas. She has 40 years of experience working in Member Services starting in a department store, helping with customer service. Carmen then obtained a broker’s license in real estate in 1977 and has owned her own businesses over the past several years.
