Nikayla Speltz

Nikayla Speltz is an experienced project coordinator currently serving as an Associate Project Coordinator at Delta Air Lines since February 2023, focusing on IT experience and operations. Between September 2022 and the present, Nikayla has also been a Lead Day-Of Wedding Coordinator at Bellagala. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator at Platform 3 Solutions from May 2021 to February 2023 and various positions at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing from January 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included event coordination and project management. Additionally, Nikayla worked as a Premium Membership Services Assistant for the Minnesota Timberwolves and as a Research Assistant at the UMN Developmental Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. Nikayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota, earned in May 2017.
