Andy Bailey is an experienced engineer with over 32 years in the industry, specializing in electro-optical and laser systems. Currently serving as a Contract Engineer at BellaMia Technologies, Inc. and a Senior Contract Engineer at Northrop Grumman since February 2023, Andy previously worked at Dominion Aesthetics as a Contract Engineer and spent nearly 38 years at Northrop Grumman Laser Systems, ultimately holding the position of Senior Program Manager. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Central Florida, earned between 1981 and 1983.
