Federico Urruela

Federico Urruela, CRHA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Federico currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at BellatRx Inc. since April 2022. Previously, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Canfab Packaging Inc. from May 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Advisor at Taxelco from 2019 to May 2020. Before their roles in the private sector, Federico worked as a Consultant in employee and labor relations and international recruitment from 2017 to 2019. Federico'searlier experience includes positions at the Consulate General of Guatemala in Montreal, where they held the title of Director of Labor Relations & International Recruitment (Consul General) from 2008 to 2016, and Manager of Labor Relations & International Recruitment (Consul) from 2005 to 2008. Federico also had a role as a Community Relations & Policy Analyst at the Embassy of Guatemala in Canada from January 2004 to July 2005.

Federico Urruela, CRHA has a background in Political Science, with studies completed at the University of Ottawa and Athabasca University. Federico also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Athabasca, with distinction. Additionally, Federico has pursued studies in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behaviour at McGill University. Federico is a certified Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (Certified Human Resources Professional) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
