M P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their own business, MPR Enterprise, LLC, in 2016 and have been the business owner. Prior to that, they worked at Belle Tire as the Director of Compliance starting in 2015. In 2017, they became the owner of Hodl, LLC. M P. has also held positions as a Human Resources & Operations Manager at LEDERA and PDC in 2015, as well as in Human Resources and Compliance at Full Circle from 2013 to 2015. They also worked as a Recruiter & Account Manager at Integrity Staffing Group, Inc from 2012 to 2013. Before that, M P. gained experience in Human Resources and Training as well as New Concept Development at Big Boy Restaurants International, LLC starting in 2009.

M P. pursued a Master of Business Management (MBM) degree in Human Resources Management from Walsh College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, M P. completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Human Resources, also at Walsh College.
