Courtney Hopkins

Courtney Hopkins is an experienced operations supervisor currently working at Belle since July 2024, previously serving as program director at Modern Care LLC. With a strong background in behavioral therapy, Courtney has held various roles including operations coordinator and lead behavior therapist at Colorado Behavior and Learning Group, and behavior therapist positions at Firefly Autism and Family Support Center. Responsibilities have included evaluating staff performance, managing program budgets, planning and leading meetings, direct clinical care for children with autism, and training new clinicians. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Pikes Peak Community College and undergraduate coursework in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
