Trish Williamson

Growing up in a military family, Trish spent many years calling places such as Hawai’i, Guam, Panama, and the Philippines home.

Being immersed in various cultures has molded her ability to appreciate and connect with people from all walks of life as well as embrace and adapt to change. Trish received her bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Currently, she is an MBA candidate.

She joined Bellevue Healthcare in 2012 and has successfully implemented various HR and Talent Acquisition processes that support BHC’s Mission. She loves assisting employees and getting to know them. She is extremely passionate about mentorship, development, and growth. She is a student of continuous learning, not just in people operations, but also in processes that will help bridge the gap between compassion, diversity, and opportunity.
