Principal System Engineer at Bellwether Coffee

Bill Fox has worked in the engineering and project management field since 1999. Bill began their career as a Hardware Engineer at Network Alchemy, where they were responsible for electronic hardware design and development. In March 2000, Network Alchemy was acquired by Nokia, at which point Bill Fox became the Engineering Director. In 2007, Bill Fox established their own consulting company, BCT Systems, providing services in engineering and project management, computer firmware, software, and hardware development. In January 2018, they began consulting for Bellwether Coffee, and in June 2018 they joined them full time as a Principal System Engineer. At Bellwether Coffee, Bill Fox was the Firmware Lead for C++ bare metal embedded firmware for their ventless, electric coffee roasters, and the Electrical Architect for Series 2 electrical and electronics components and subsystems. Bill was later promoted to Director Systems Engineering, and then back to Principal Systems Engineer.

Bill Fox completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, both in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, respectively. In February 1992, they obtained a Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering certification from the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
