Deborah Rogan

Debbie has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for managing all servicing, servicing acquisition, closing and operations activities.

As Executive Vice President of Bellwether Enterprise, Debbie works with the senior management team on business and product development. She has been integral in Bellwether Enterprise’s growth and expansion from a local midwestern firm to a national powerhouse in the commercial mortgage banking industry. Prior to the merger with Enterprise Community Investment’s mortgage operation, Debbie served as Principal and Executive Managing Director of Bellwether Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Debbie was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Capstone Realty Advisors. Along with the other top executives at Capstone, she played a major role in guiding the direction of the company, growing from 13 employees to over 90 in less than ten years. Her abilities helped make Capstone a premier mortgage lending company in the country.

Debbie has established strong relationships with investors, trustees, rating agencies and others involved in the mortgage banking community.

Debbie earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in statistics from Pennsylvania State University.
