Ebony Lambert, Ph.D., currently serves as an Associate Partner and Senior Analyst at Bellwether, focusing on integrating education, psychology, and health into research and evaluation initiatives since July 2020. Previously, Ebony was an NSF Fellow with the National Science Foundation from September 2017 to August 2020, recognized as one of 2,000 awardees from over 13,000 applications in the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Ebony also managed the Discrimination and Health Lab at Virginia Commonwealth University, supervising undergraduate researchers and facilitating various academic protocols from August 2016 to May 2020. Additionally, during a tenure as a Doctoral Fellow in School-Based Healthcare with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Office of the Secretary of Education, Ebony conducted legislative research and authored a final report for the Virginia SBHC Taskforce. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and an MS in Health/Medical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as a BA in Psychology and Africana Studies from William & Mary.
