Alexandra Bolonja

Alexandra Bolonja is a Senior Service Designer at Belong since September 2021. Before that, Alexandra held the same position at nbn™ Australia from February 2020 to August 2021. Alexandra also has extensive experience in customer experience and management roles, having worked at The Australian Red Cross Blood Service from May 2007 to February 2020. Prior to their time at the Blood Service, Alexandra held various roles at Melbourne Health and Melbourne Pathology Services. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Tasmania.
