Ashley J. Funk

Ashley Funk possesses extensive experience in business development and leadership within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Beloved Community since July 2023, Ashley is responsible for client cultivation and retention across various engagement and service initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, and Senior Membership Director at The Y in Central Maryland from May 2016 to March 2023, as well as positions at Greater Philadelphia YMCA from August 2012 to April 2016. Academically, Ashley holds a Master of Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
