Hamza Betraoui

Hamza Betraoui MRICS is a seasoned professional in the real estate and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Belsons Technologies, where a focus on developing a Proptech ERP solution for the Middle East has emerged. With extensive experience as Managing Partner and Management Board Member at Land Sterling since May 2012, Hamza has demonstrated leadership in property advisory. In June 2022, Hamza founded GIS Drones™, providing innovative services in building inspections and construction monitoring. Previous roles include Manager in the Engineering Valuation Department at Dubai Islamic Bank and Valuer at JLL. Hamza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has a foundational education spanning primary to secondary levels.
