Rachel Starnes has extensive experience in the field of technology and software development. Rachel started their career as a Software System Developer at Texas Instruments, where they led the development of Windows 95 Preload for TI Notebooks. Rachel then worked at Dell as a System Software Analysts, managing software device driver releases and conducting testing on portable computers. Rachel later joined Evolutionary Technologies Inc. as a Programmer, where they supported and maintained software using C++. Rachel then returned to Dell as a Software Consultant, leading the development of user applications using Microsoft Visual C++. Following this, they worked at EWA Services as a Software Engineer, designing and developing applications using Microsoft C# .NET, Microsoft C++ .NET, and Java. Rachel then joined Argon ST as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented applications for a Real Time Casualty Assessment system. Rachel'sresponsibilities included software lead for several applications and utilizing Microsoft C#. Most recently, Rachel worked at Belton ISD as a Database Administrator and Assistant Director of Technology. In this role, they managed and maintained database systems across the school district, integrated systems, and worked on technology projects.
Rachel Starnes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
